If you're having issues loading images on Boords and your company uses a firewall, it's possible that certain domains are being blocked by your network. Not to worry - usually, this can be fixed with a quick update from your IT team.
What’s causing the issue?
Boords hosts images through several trusted content delivery networks (CDNs) and cloud services. If your firewall restricts access to these sources, images may not load properly.
What can you do?
We recommend sharing this article with your IT department so they can review and update your network settings. Specifically, they should whitelist the following domains to ensure images from Boords load correctly:
boords.com
cdn.filestackcontent.com
process.filestackapi.com
res.cloudinary.com
These are the primary domains we use to store and serve storyboard images, image uploads, and other media.
Additional notes for IT teams
Some of our image content is also hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly via Amazon S3. AWS IP addresses can change over time, so we recommend referring to Amazon’s official IP address documentation to stay current:
Your IT department may wish to review and allow these ranges if your firewall uses IP-based filtering.
Still having trouble?
If images still aren’t loading after whitelisting the domains above, please get in touch with us. We’re happy to help troubleshoot further.
