Creating a great shot list is a vital part of pre-production.

Within Boords, you can view your storyboard as a shot list, and when you’re ready to move ahead to the next stage of production, you can download your shot list as an .xlsx file. Perfectly compatible with Google Slides πŸ‘Œ

This article will explain the steps to follow to download your shot list as a spreadsheet, which can then be uploaded to Google Sheets.

To begin, click Download, then Google Sheets.

Select Download .xlsx.

Head over to Google Sheets and create a new blank spreadsheet.

Select File > Import.

Then, upload the .xlsx file that you've just downloaded from Boords and select Import data.

Click Open now to view your imported shot list.

Easy as pie πŸ™Œ
