Creating a great shot list is a vital part of pre-production.

Within Boords, you can view your storyboard as a shot list, and when you’re ready to move ahead to the next stage of production, you can download your shot list as an .xlsx file. Perfectly compatible with Google Slides 👌

This article will explain the steps to follow to download your shot list as a spreadsheet, which can then be uploaded to Google Sheets.

To begin, click Download, then Google Sheets.

Select Download .xlsx.

Head over to Google Sheets and create a new blank spreadsheet.

Select File > Import.

Then, upload the .xlsx file that you've just downloaded from Boords and select Import data.

Click Open now to view your imported shot list.
