A word count can be helpful particularly when working with a voiceover artist to determine how long your voiceover will last. In Boords, you'll have the option to count the words from the Sound field or from all active note fields.

This article will explain how to enable and disable the word count on your storyboards👇

First, open the sidebar on your storyboard.

Head to the Settings tab and select Storyboard.

Open the Advanced menu.

Under Show word count, select the note fields you'd like to include in the word count.

If you'd rather not have a word count shown, select off.

The word count that you've selected will then be shown above your storyboard in the top left-hand corner.
