If you're starting your first Boords storyboard, you've come to the right place πŸ•ΊΒ

Create new storyboard

On your Project Dashboard, create a new project folder. Select + Create a new project.

Then, create a new storyboard. Select + New > Create storyboard.

Choose a name for your storyboard and decide which aspect ratio you'd like for your frames.

Add a script

Start your new storyboard with a script. If you've already prepared a script, add it via the Script Editor or insert it to the note fields directly below the frames.

AI script generator

If you'd like some help from AI to create a script and a storyboard layout, check out the AI Assistant.

Add images

Drag & drop images directly into your storyboard, import them from a cloud service (such as Dropbox or Google Drive) or search for images on Unsplash.Β

You can also start with blank frames and draw your image from scratch in the Image Editor! Read more about drawing into frames here.

Use the Image Editor to add text or shapes to your frames.

Browse or generate images

If you don't have images of your own to upload, use the Image Library to search for suitable icons or photos to add to your storyboard. Read more about the Image Library here.

The AI Image Generator is also available to create original images.

It's as simple as that! Happy storyboarding πŸŽ‰
